This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling donations and requesting refunds. By making a donation to Nanritam, you agree to the terms of this policy. General Donations: If you wish to cancel a general donation made to Nanritam, please contact us as soon as possible after making the donation. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request if the funds have not already been utilized for our programs or activities.
Restricted Donations: In the case of donations made for specific programs or projects (“Restricted Donations”), we may not be able to process cancellations if the funds have already been allocated for the intended purpose. If you have questions about the status of a Restricted Donation, please contact us, and we will provide you with relevant information.

No Refund Policy for General Donations
Nanritam is a non-profit organization, and general donations made to support our mission and ongoing programs are considered non-refundable. We use the funds responsibly to further our charitable activities and initiatives.
Refund Policy for Restricted Donations
Restricted Donations are used exclusively for the specific program or project for which they are designated. As such, we generally do not process refunds for Restricted Donations once the funds have been allocated for the intended purpose.
Cancellation of Projects: In the unlikely event that a specific program or project for which a Restricted Donation was made is canceled or no longer feasible, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the donor and offer alternatives, including the option of redirecting the funds to another appropriate project.
