Donate Clothes to Deprived Adivasi Children
As the festive season of Durga Puja approaches, let us come together to spread smiles and bring happiness to the lives of the underprivileged Adivasi children in our community. This year, we have a wonderful opportunity to make a difference by gifting them a new set of clothes.
Why Donate?
Imagine the joy on the faces of these children as they receive new clothes to wear during Durga Puja. Your contribution, no matter how big or small, can brighten up their festivities and create lasting memories.
How Can You Help?
We request you to be a Good Samaritan and kindly join our initiative. You can choose either of the following options:
- Donate a set of new clothes: New clothes suitable for Adivasi boys and girls between the age of 3 to 15 years can be dropped off at
Nanritam Campus, Barandanga Village, Para Block, Purulia 723155 by October 2, 2023.
- Monetary Contribution: If you’re unable to donate clothes, you can contribute Rs. 250 or more towards purchasing new clothes for these children. Your financial support will go a long way in making their Durga Puja memorable.

We are happy to collaborate with donors to support Nanritam , a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering underprivileged communities in Purulia and other districts of West Bengal, India. Nanritam works tirelessly to provide specialised eye care. Eye surgeries, fundamental literacy and numeracy, secondary level education, nutritional support and holistic development opportunities to individuals who come from marginalized backgrounds.

Approximately 1cr beneficiaries have received service from Lokeswarananda Eye hospital. Since 2008, more than 35 lac patients have been treated in Lokeswarananda Eye Hospital. 1.2 lac cataract surgeries done. 1200 complicated Eye surgeries done. 95% surgeries done free of cost.
More than 500 students in Filix School of Education. 30% students sponsored.
50000 children 1640 teachers and 200 institutions from challenging landscapes benefitted from Education For All pedagogy and training.
1500 marginalised children receive daily nutritional support. 2000 farmers, community members and local teachers are supported with seeds, manures, pesticides and modern know how for growing kitchen gardens.
Partnered with West Bengal Police in 15 districts in West Bengal for 244 outreach eye camps. 25921 patients examined during outreach camps.
